Return & Refund Policy – Zer Home

At Zer Home, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging, with all tags attached

To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiries@zerhome.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Some items (e.g., clearance items, custom orders) may be non-returnable. These exclusions will be noted on the product page.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at enquiries@zerhome.com


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
